Key Tasks:

1. Oversee all finance operations of the entity, including full sets of book, statutory reports, management reporting, cash management, tax returns, etc.

2. Accurate & timely submission of financial & management reports.

3. Prepare P&L for each project and analysis.

4. Manage daily financial and accounting activities, keep communication with other department, and provide useful financial advice.

5. Coordinate with investor for financial reporting and analysis.

6. Coordinate with external parties including governments, auditors, banks etc.

7. Play a critical role in providing business decision support to the operational management team as well as providing leadership and direction to the finance team.

8. Responsible for financial planning, forecasting and budgeting, provides variance analysis.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Accounting & Financial Management or in equivalent or related disciplines.

2. Experience: More than 5 years of professional working experience with at least 2 years in managerial level under MNC environment as Finance team leader.

3. Language skills: Fluent in spoken and written English.

4. Computer skills: Skilful in accounting software UFsoft, Hyperion & MS Office.

5. Strong communication and management skills.

6. Absolute integrity.

主要职责：

1. 负责公司的所有的会计事宜，包括记账，财务报告，资金管理，纳税申报等；

2. 准确及时编制财务报表以及内部管理报表；

3. 编制每个项目的利润表并提供分析；

4. 管理日常财务事宜，跟其他部门良好沟通，并提供必要的财务建议；

5. 负责与投资方沟通与分析财务报告；

6. 负责与外部相关部门协调关系，包括政府，税局，审计，银行等；

7. 为业务管理团队提供财务决策，并能带领财务团队；

8. 负责财务计划，财务预测，财务计划与财务分析。

任职要求：

1. 财会相关专业本科及以上学历；

2. 5年财务经验，至少2年在跨国公司工作，并有财务管理经验；

3. 英文听说读写流利；

4. 熟悉用友财务软件，有Hyperion软件使用经验者优先考虑；熟练操作Office系统软件；

5. 较强的沟通管理能力；

6. 有良好的职业道德。
