职位描述

? Lead and manage sales, marketing and installation function of the company. Set up domestic and export sales strategy & KPIs, develop business opportunities in the Chinese market, manage the sales and installation team to fulfill sales growth and cash flow target.
? Provide training and coaching to the sales team, improve sales team's competence, build & improve management capability of the sales force.
? Manage the installation function to ensure installation quality standard.
? Take over & evaluate current customer base to realize smooth interface transition.
? Lead the team to develop new business opportunities and new customers according to business strategy. Gain new projects for adapted standard products. Observe the market and competitors.
? Evaluate and optimize sales channels based on new products / new structure.
? Coordinate customer demand with different departments including production, customer services, R&D, logistic and account departments.
? Maintain relationship with official industry associates and standard committee, influence and lead the standard setting process.
? Collaborate internally with sister companies to create and leverage business opportunities and achieve mutual benefit and win-win result.
? Responsible for the implementation of the business plan and strategy in China.
? Responsible for sales revenues and profit margin.




Qualification / Requirements

? Approx. 10 - 15 years working experience, with recent senior level sales, distributor management and/or business development assignments
? Experience with both B2B business model in a construction related industry.
? Highly developed relationship and solution selling as well as negotiation skills
? Proven leadership skills, incl. the ability effectively manage upwards and downwards, strong planning, execution and convincing skills
? Results-oriented: who is a result-driven leader with a strong execution capability
? Meet pre-determined sales and activity targets, both individually and for the function described herein. Good sense of internal & external customer orientation.
? Good collaboration capability.
? Obtain talent mindset.
? Dynamic and able to work operationally independent whilst always remaining part of the Greater China Sales Team.
? Willingness to travel domestic (include Chinese second and third line cities) and oversea.
? Native Chinese language skill with adequate English language capability. Korean language skill is a plus.
? Full P&L exposure a big plus.
