职责描述：
1）负责公司新产品研发设计及产品改进。
2）负责零部件加工进程、产品质量与成本控制。
3）新产品的装配与指导。
4）技术文档的编写与归档。

工作要求：
1）机械设计及相关专业毕业，大专及以上学历。
2）熟练使用AutoCAD，SolidWorks等软件工具。
3）三年以上机械设计、机械结构设计经验，熟悉产品加工工艺。
4）实际动手能力强。
5）良好的团队合作精神、人际沟通能力，能承受工作压力。
