职位描述：
1. 负责公司校区线上合作渠道的开发与维护；
2. 洽谈发展合作品牌，负责海伦多兰英语真如校区整体的异业合作渠道开发与维护；
3. 拓展区域市场，负责协助海伦多兰英语真如校区进行幼儿园、社区等渠道的开发与维护；
4. 策划并执行各类市场推广活动，负责协助校长策划年度市场统筹活动计划，并推进各中心市场活动的管理执行；
5. 合理管控市场费效比，以及市场部相关其他工作；
6. 定期现场巡视，完善市场部推广管理制度；
7. 公司网站宣传维护与更新，线上活动及问题咨询的支持；
8. 统计并分析市场数据，制定市场推广费用预算及市场部全年整体财务预算制定、控制以及完善激励考核制度；
9. 招聘并管理公司及第三方线下地推人员；
10. 负责并管理校区品牌及市场物料陈列。

任职资格：
1. 三年及以上市场或销售工作经验，其中一年以上教育培训行业销售或者市场管理运作经验，有儿童教育培训工作经验者优先，有独立策划并执行市场宣传活动经验；
2. 对于计划的实施和监控有较强的分析、评估和执行能力；
3. 有通过市场手段推动业绩成果的经验；
4. 具较强的商谈和交际能力；熟悉大众点评等儿童教育线上推广渠道；具备一定的数据分析以及报表制作能力；
5. 性格外向，精力充沛，富有激情，有强烈的进取心、开拓精神和创新精神；
6. 适应快节奏和工作压力，具备独立、高效、灵活工作的能力；
7. 具团队合作精神和交叉工作的能力。

薪资构成：
