Position Summary:
The scientific support manager will lead the scientific support and field application team in shanghai office, to oversee pre-sale and post-sale technical support for Abcam products which covers primary antibodies, secondary antibodies, ELISA assays, agonists/antagonists, proteins/peptides, cellular and protein functional assays, epigenetic reagents, etc. As the leader of technical team, he/she is responsible to build a devoted team, and to motivate the team to provide fast and quality service, and to continuously improve customer satisfaction. He/She will also proactively work with other function to support market team and channel team to achieve sale target. As regional function leader, he/she is required to represent regional team in global meeting, presenting challenges and opportunities, seeking recourses, implementing global strategies.

Essential Job Functions:
?Share pre-sale and post-sale technical support daily work as a team member, to ensure efficient and quality service be provided by team
?Manage and oversee team performance with appropriate KPI which align with global and China strategy
?Initiate or support cross function campaigns from consumer experience perspectives to improve customer satisfaction
?Build broad or/and deep interaction with consumers and distributors, to understand consumer needs in terms of targets and applications.
?Bridge headquarter with regional team, enhance cross region communication, and urge best practices sharing and applying
?Build and maintain a happy, capable and efficient team

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
?＞=5 years’ hands-on experiences in antibody related applications, able to do trouble shooting for customers at levels of PhD or above in some of the following laboratory techniques: IHC, western blot, ChIP, ELISA, IF/ICC, flow cytometry, etc. (at least 3 fields)
?＞=2 years’ experiences in leading and managing team
?Good at presentation both in Chinese and English
?Excellent communication skill, particular in convincing or influencing others
?Have visionary thinking as well as efficient execution
?Excellent reading and writing in English, with fluent oral English
?Self-discipline with devoted working attitude, focus on success and bold in innovation
?Willing to travel as needed.

Education Qualifications:
?Minimal master degree in life sciences required. PhD or Postdoc Preferred. Education abroad a plus. 举报 分享
