工作职责：
-负责物料处理设备的安装、调试及验收测试
-物料处理系统移交给客户后，协助系统的试运行
-客户员工培训
-提供客户支持，预防性维护，远程/现场调整维护及系统操作等方面服务
-负责项目调整操作
-负责备件销售

-负责现有客户系统的升级，翻新及改造业务销售

岗位要求:
-机械/电气/控制工程及相关专业专科以上毕业
-2年以上工业/加工设备安装、调试，及客服等工作经验，具有丰富的可编程控制器（PLC）知识。
-可独立工作，抗压能力强，时间上能够配合工作要求
-工作积极主动，对客户及团队责任心强
-最好有自动化物料处理系统相关工作经验
-优先考虑有备件销售及/或合同支持等方面经验者
-熟悉计算机操作，熟练使用office办公软件。
-能够配合工作需要在国内或国外出差
-动手能力强
-面试合格者公司提供培训

Responsibilities:
-Supervision of the installation, commissioning and acceptance test of material handling equipment
-Support the trial operations of material handling systems after hand-over to customer
-Training of customers staff
Pendition of support services, preventive maintenance services, remote/on site corrective maintenance services and system operations services to the customers.
-Responsible for realization of retrofit projects
-Responsible for sale of spare parts

-Responsible for update and sale of custom system

Requirements:
-Diploma holder in Mechanical/Electrical/Controls Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in installation, commissioning and customer support services of industrial/process equipment with strong knowledge in PLC.
-Independent and able to work under pressure, tight schedule and odd hours
-Must be motivated and proactive with a strong customer and team focus
-Working experience in automated material handling system is an added advantage but not essential
-Preference will be given to those with experience of pursuing the sales of spare parts and/or support contract.
-Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must(oral & written)
-Computer literate with good knowledge in using Microsoft Office
-Willing to travel both domestically and overseas on short notice
-Strong Hands-on ability
-Training will be provided to the successful candidates
