职位描述

Job responsibilities:
1.Pro-actively develop new CS business opportunities with both existing and potential customers by marketing, promoting and securing new order intake.
2.Drive CS business including maintenance/support contracts, system operations, retrofit project and spare parts sales to meet and exceed given sales targets.
3.Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the customers. Seeks new target customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plans to approach and secure new business for the company.
4.Conduct presentations to potential clients and be able to promote the strength of our services and applications and how they meet their requirements.
5.Maintain good relationship with installed base customers and to constantly explore further CS business opportunities with them.
6.Increase Swisslog market share by monitoring the CS sales and marketing activities of the competition and develop strategies to compete aggressively in the market.
7.Provide support and follow up of all commercial issues on CS sales with customers.
8.Evaluate and increase customer satisfaction level. Consolidate information from customers on product and service quality and failure.
9.Following up on customer complaints and order changes.
10.Providing CS sales forecast and analysis on Swisslog's competitiveness.
11.Prepare CS sales and customer reports for management review.
12.Monitor customers' order forecast and purchase orders.
13.Present proposals and prepare quotations for customers and follow up with negotiations.

Key requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Electrical /Mechanical/Controls Engineering or related disciplines.
2.Minimum 7 years of service sales experience, with proven sales track record. Prior work experience in automated material handling system is an added advantage.
3.Preference will be given to those with experience of pursuing the sales of spare parts and/or support/ maintenance contract.
4.Strong business acumen and analytical. Able to conceptualize solutions and articulate concept and proposed solutions to customers.
5.Able to work independently with strong commercial, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
6.Self-starter with strong capability to interact and work in a cross-functional and multinational environment.
7.Strong technical background and the ability to be fully conversant with the technologies in the industry.
8.Good presentation and communication skills, both spoken and written English.
9.Proactive with a strong customer and team focus.
10.Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
11.Able to travel both domestically and overseas for business meetings, even on short notice.
