Responsibilities:

1. Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC),PDCA/FTA for supplier;
2. Handle supplier Q-claims, block not ok parts, create Q-notification, communicate claims to supplier if necessary, initiate immediate actions, demand & close 8D from supplier, follow up supplier action plans and validate the result;
3. Load Q-info data & inspection plan in SAP for incoming goods, update Q-plan in SAP according to incoming parts performance;
4. Control the process flow charts of supplier, evaluate PFMEA supplier, request and evaluate control plan from supplier;
5. Control MSA/gauge R&R of supplier;
6. Coordinate control plan with supplier: Inspection characteristics, methods, frequencies, archiving on purchased parts (single part/component/module) to ensure the required quality of parts within the different stages as well as in the series;
7. Archiving of sampling document in SAP and purchasing parts;
8. Provide operative data for quality performance supplier;
9. Other assigned tasks.

Job Specification / required skills:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanics;
2. Minimum 5 years working experience on quality especially in automotive interior or exterior company with at least 3years supplier management experience;
3. Solid knowledge in related technologies (plastic/rubber injection, plating, electrical welding, etc);
4. Solid knowledge in quality control and quality planning, familiar with quality tools and TS;
5. Solid knowledge in GD&T and gauge is required;
6. Good oral and written English;
7. Good communication skill and team player;
8. Be able to work independently and proactive;
