职位描述：
1 负责公司员工入离职办理（社会保险、公积金缴纳、人员档案整理）；
2 负责员工的合同的签订、续签，调薪、调岗、调职的流程的办理；
3 负责员工的招聘、面试安排；
4 负责公司食堂、宿舍管理；
5 负责公司办公环境维护，公共设施的损坏维修，固定固定资产管理、盘点；
6 负责外协部门的接洽安排（例如：网络管理、基础设施的建设修改）；
7 负责政府事务的接洽、办理（专利、专项基金、高新技术企业等）；
8 负责员工培训需求分析、组织、落实等工作；
9 负责员工关系的维护，纠纷的处理工作；
10 遵守公司相关的制度及时完成领导指派的其它工作。

任职要求：
1、具有较强的耐压能力。
2、具有较强的责任心，工作认真负责，仔细严谨。
3、熟练操作办公软件。
4、具备较强的沟通能力。
