职位描述：
任职资格：
1、八年以上研发工作经验，三年以研发团队管理经验；
2、熟悉Java及.Net开发语言，并有实际开发经验；
3、能进行框架设计及进行总体布局；
4、精通基于J2EE架构的Java编程，精通Extjs/struts/Hibernate/Spring/Jquery等开源框架；
5、能熟练运用软件编程工具C#、SQL数据库独立完成程序的编写；
6、精通C#编程，熟悉SQL,ORACLE,MYSQL数据库；
7、精通HTML、J、CSS基础；
8、熟悉Sql server、Oracle、Mysql等主流数据库；
9、熟悉Web Server和Socket通讯及HTTP通讯原理；
10、了解Java应用服务器如：Weblogic、Tomcat,熟练使用Eclipse等开发工具；
11、具有独立的开发能力，有仓库WMS方面项目的开发经验优先考虑；
12、能适应偶尔出差及加班。
岗位职责：
1、管理研发团队，分配部门人员工作；
2、根据公司及项目要求完成软件开发工作；
3、协助项目部进行项目实施及遇到相关软件问题的解决；
