职位描述：
Responsibility 岗位职责：
1.Follow up all company disciplines and rules strictly, and check all disciplines and rules have been implemented properly. 严格遵守公司的各项规章制度，并检查各项制度的执行情况。
2.Implement and perform all missions which be assigned by company, supervise and check the implemented status, and give effective feedback information. 认真执行和监督公司下达的各项任务，积极有效地监督和检查实施情况并提供有效的反馈信息。
3.Responsible for company QEMS ISO9000/ISO14000 certifying activities, participate in activities to maintain company certifications. 负责公司ISO9000/ISO14000体系认证工作，参与维护公司质量、环境体系认证的活动。
4.Liaise with other departments to ensure management procedures are compiled according to ISO9000/ISO14000 requirement. 联系其他部门确保质量管理程序符合ISO9000/ISO14000体系要求。
5.Coordinate and implement internal & external audit activities with auditors in different department. 协调其他部门内审员和落实质量体系内审以及外部审核。
6.Monitor & report on Jungheinrich(Qingpu) company quality system performance, push other departments to implement the corrective action according to the auditing report from 3rd party. 监督和报告公司体系运行情况，根据第三方审核报告推动其他部门采取纠正措施。
7.Improve & maintain documentation system and release & update company process. 改进和维护文件系统和公司的流程更新发布。
8.Provide support to EHS functions and production license certification including documentation when required. 支持公司环境、健康、安全和生产许可证认证及其文件建立。
9.Maintain and monitor calibration management, update and maintain calibration certificates. 量具和检测设备的校验管理，校验证书的更新和维护。
10.Maintain quality & environment documentations, e.g. procedures & work instructions wherever required. 维护体系相关文件，包括程序和作业指导书。
11.Draft, revise and review document for management system. 起草、修订和定期回顾管理体系相关文件。
12.Manage related documents,records management and planning. 管理体系文件记录的管理和规划。
13. Complete other job assigned by leaders. 完成上级交待的其他工作任务。

Requirement 任职资格：
1.Above college education. 大学本科及其以上学历。
2.Priority in mechanical or electrical engineering related major. 机械类或者电气类相关专业者优先。
3.Minimum 3 years’ experience with quality auditor in quality system management role. 至少3年质量管理体系内审的相关工作经验。
4.Familiar with ISO9000/ISO14000, have related internal auditor certificates are better. 熟悉ISO9000/ISO14000体系，有内审员资格证书者优先。
5.Fluent in written and oral English, able to conduct internal audit with English. 良好的英文书写和口语能力， 能够用英文实施内审。
6.Customer oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills, implementation and cooperation capability. 以客户为导向，良好的沟通能力、人际交往能力和协作能力。
7.Good work ethic, self-motivation, and good team spirit. 工作敬业，主动积极和良好的团队精神。
8.Good follow up work. 良好的跟进手头工作。
9.Faithful and sustainable working attitude. 忠实和可持续发展的工作态度。
