· Manage petty cash kept in Beijing plant, prepare daily cash Journal. Schedule weekly cash payable according to situation. Liaise with bank; prepare bank documents according to SSC instruction.

· Stick fixed assets labels and take photos. Manage fixed asset stocktaking instructed by SSC.

· Check reimbursement reports and send the reports to SSC in Shanghai after approval of management.

· Collect supplier invoices sent to Beijing plant, reclassify and send to SSC in Shanghai.

· Issue VAT invoices according to SSC instruction, prepare monthly invoice list.

· Prepare tax report and submit to local tax authorities.

· Updates licenses of Beijing timely.

· Support of Year End Procedure and all related activities during the year.

· Liaison with external and internal auditors
