职位描述
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree
2 years experience in custom affairs
Communication skills, customer service mindset, proactive, self-learning capabilities, business sense, change agility
Responsibilities:
Import and Export Management
(i) Maintain parts compliance database in order to ensure data accuracy
(ii) Review import and export documents (i.e. COO, pricing, etc.) in order to ensure compliance for custom clearance.
(iii) Liaise with custom department in order to answer and resolve various import and export enquiries.
(iv) Understand and keep abreast custom processes in Qingdao and Shenzhen in order to develop operation process for both locations.
(v) Coordinate with export brokers in order to execute custom clearance in Qingdao and Shenzhen.
(vi) Monitor custom clearance lead time and report abnormal shipment to supervisor and internal customer in order to meet department targets.
(vii) Check and balance data with inventory systems in order to ensure inventory accuracy in custom system (H2000).
(viii) Track new custom policies and update supervisor; and execute special projects based on project plan in order to ensure smooth import and export activities.

3、熟悉外贸业务及进出口业务流程；
4、工作认真、细致，责任心强，具有较强社会活动能力。
