Responsibilities and Main Tasks/ 主要职责和任务:
1）Project tasks follow-up as assigned, ensure each task be undertaken on time, on quality and on cost. Then update timely.
执行指派的项目任务的安排，保证每项工作按时、按量、按预算完成，并及时更新。
2）Escalate / report timely if any missing on the project timing.
项目处理过程中出现问题时及时汇报。
3）Introduce and maintain all the needed external spec/protocol/drawing into facility. Make sure team relative stand at the same page, as well as up-to-date.
引入并且保持每个设备所有需要的规定/协议/图纸，保证团队内成员的信息一致，并及时更新。
4）Be an interface between external and internal to make a smooth info transfer.
作为外部和内部连接的桥梁。
5）Arrange sampling as required from both external/internal, follow-up each process to make sure each gates be hit.
按照外部和内部的要求安排取样，跟踪每个过程，确保每个关键的节点目标。
6）Assist to provide necessary database for internal documentation release. Such as mold inventory list, BOM.
协助提供必要的内部文件数据库，例如模具存货清单列表，物料清单。
7）Assist Global team for any needed resource coordination, such as material, measurement/testing capacity for new Global project is needed.
依据集团化业务的需要，协助集团内其他组织完成必要的资源协调，例如材料，测量/测试能力。
8）Be technical support for quality and production team if needed for internal troubleshooting or improvement.
9）需要时作为技术支持协助生产和质量部解决质量问题或提升.。
10）Cost assessment for any sampling requirement from customer/sales.
为客户和销售所需要的样品提供成本评估。
11）Other related management tasks assigned by Manager 经理分配的其他相关的管理任务。
Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:
1）Education/学历要求：Bachelor Degree本科及以上
2）Working experiences/工作经验要求：
Good injection Mold and molding knowledge 熟悉注塑模具以及注塑工艺.
Understand drawing spec and relative testing, measurement.了解图纸规格及相关测试，测量内容。
Excellent Project management skill , familiar with MS project. Familiar with the Brand owner for food, Personal & House care, Water & Beverage is a plus. Such as P&G, Unilever, NongFu, Danone, Coca
卓越的项目管理经验，熟悉MS project. 熟悉知名的品牌商如宝洁，联合利华，农夫山泉，达能优先.
3）Computer skills/电脑能力要求:
Good documentation skill, excel, power point.良好的文档相关技能，Excel, PPT 等。
4）English skills/英语能力要求：
Good oral and written English良好的英语口语和书写能力
5）Working experience/工作经历：
At least 7 years working experience in rigid plastic packaging industry.5 years working experience as a project management.
至少7年以上硬质塑料包装行业的经验，5年以上项目管理经验.
