职位描述：
1、专业接听和回答客户电话；
2、回答客户咨询，并协助客户做预约；
3、通过邮件、短信或电话，确认客户预约；
4、利用现有资源尽可能地满足客户需求；
5、为客户介绍医院的各项服务信息；
6、收集、 转达客户投诉到医务部；
7、记录客户信息并完成通话记录。

岗位要求：
1、大专学历或以上；
2、有临床工作或学习背景；
3、优秀的英语和汉语技能（口头和书面）；
4、良好的计算机技能；
5、专业电话礼仪；
6、良好的客户服务技巧；
7、有医疗背景者优先；
