职位描述：
Job Role:
In charge of food service oil sales and business development, by ensuring close customer relations at different levels and being up to date on AAK capabilities, the Sales Manager will be able to uncover customer needs and create customer value.

Key responsibilities:
1. Find new opportunities in selected markets
2. Visit and meet customers to identify needs and build up relations at different levels
3. Maintain and increase sales of AAK products
4. Establish, maintain and expand the customer base
5. Credit control and risk management
6. Pipeline management
7. Monitor and report market activities and provide relevant management information

Accountable for:
1. Create and meet budget
2. Own Behavior and Performance
3. Price Setting and Conditions
4. Forecasting accuracy
5. Monthly reporting on time
6. Reach set targets and goals
7. Ensure a professional customer complaint process
8. Prepare and execute Market plan
9. Create customer value by using CCV tools and templates when relevant
10. Collect market and application knowledge as well as competitor information in selected markets

Competence & Experience:

Education:
1. Bachelor degree in Food Science or other related majors

Skills ( Language/Computer):
1. Fluent English and Chinese
2. Good at office softwares, excel, powerpoint, word

Working Experiences:
1. Over 3 years working experience in B2B sales area in food ingredient industry

Personalities:
