职位描述
Work with Manager to consummate and maintain ISO9001&TS16949 & ISO14001 quality/environment system, monitor running
Establish internal audit plan. Lead and implement internal system, process and product audit. Finish the audit report. Manage return and rejects suggestion and monitor problem-solving process
Serve second or third party quality audit. Manage rejects analysis and establish improvement measures and monitor problem-solving process
Establish and update the quality system documentation (manual, procedure, working instruction)
Manage the project of continual improvement for company level
Monitor the corrective and preventive action
Make monthly/weekly quality report
Other works assigned by line
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Automotive Quality system industry.
Familiar with particular system requirements and standards from difference customers. E.g. VW, GM, Daimler.
Experience in APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control plan, 8D tools and etc.
Good command of PPM and other system data statistics methods
Ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in organizing / leading cross-function team / meeting.
