SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務 :
Supervision
1. Supervises the Receivable Department and ensures compliance to receivable performance standards. 主管应收帐保证遵守部门的操作标准。
2. Supervises and coordinates work flow of the Accounts Receivable Department, directing the training and development of staff and recommending disciplinary action. 主管和协调应收账款部门的工作量,对于应收账文员进行值得推荐的指导和培训。
Receivable Approval
3. Reviews, checks and approves receivable for new and existing accounts.对应收帐协议可以进行复查和授权。
4. Attends management pre-convention meetings to discuss receivable matters and group billing details. 出席关于讨论应收帐事件及团队账单的预先管理层会议。
5. Investigates and researches receivable information and approves or declines receivable. 调查和研究应收帐信息和批准或拒绝赊账。
Collection & Administration
6. Posts and reconciles city ledger payments. 记账及合并挂账的款项。
7. Monitors collection activities, makes collection calls and follows up on delinquent accounts. 监视及监听收账举措,电话收账活动并跟踪违规账目。
8. Resolves problem accounts, including negotiating payment schedules and recommending third party collection initiatives and bad debt write-offs. 解决账目问题,包括:协商付款流程、主动推荐第三方收款、坏账销账。
9. Responds to phone and mail billing inquiries and resolves problem situations. 回复通过电话与邮件的关于账单的询问并解决实际情况的问题。
10. Liaises with other Hotels regarding collection problem solving. 关于收款操作问题与其他酒店进行交流与研讨。
11. Liaises with management to reconcile and resolve sensitive guest issues regarding disputed accounts. 为了缓和和解决敏感客人对于有争议的账目的意见应及时与管理层取得联系。
12. Review status of accounts and prepares information for billing purposes. 复查账目的现状及准备账单的相关信息及目的。
13. Controls accounts setup to administer inter-company billings and gift certificates. 控制系统账目的建立以便管理跨国公司的账单与礼赏券。

14. Audits daily listing of accounts receivable to make sure in balance. 审计应收账款的每日的表格以确认剩余的金额。
15. Maintains receivable files and supporting documentation. 保存有关应收帐方面的文件和支持说明文档。
16. Complies with hotel policies and procedures. 遵守酒店的规章制度和操作规则。
17. Performs other tasks as assigned by Management. 执行管理层安排得其他的工作。
