职位描述：
European retailer is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator. The candidate will be located in Shanghai sourcing office and will be reporting directly to Regional Manager.
The main responsibility will be to follow, support, and coordinate the workflow and priorities settled by the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities include:
-Maintain updated the databases for the office internal system and report any issues within them.
-Check ,follow up & confirm potential new orders in system with responsible parties and coordinate upload
-Manage, support on issues of suppliers interface related with packing & shipping instructions & marks
-Be a bridge between headquarter and regional offices to delivery news projects, manuals to each regional branches in order to keep all involved in same page.
-Support Supply Chain team in other duties/projects

Skills, Experience & Capability
Required Experience/skills:
-Knowledge and high skills in using MS OFFICE (Excel, Word, PP, etc...)
-Good skill on managing, reporting and analyzing database
-Have general sense on orders processes
-At least 2 year experience in buying/trading office(Admin/Assistant experience is an advantage)
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Fluent in English is a MUST (oral & written)
-Willing to learn
-Proactive and autonomous
-Driven, Analysis, Organization, Time management
