职位描述：
Key Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the procurement of OM&S, such as MRO, office stationery, PPE as well as kinds of services and any other purchase requirement from site activities.
2. Be responsible to negotiate and conduct the relevant contract and agreement.
3. Be responsible to file and manage kinds of related souring operation documents, such as the record to assess and evaluate the vendors, contracts and orders etc.
4. Be responsible to operate SAP R3 of Souring department.
5. Be responsible to evaluate, select and manage our vendors.
6. Be the back-up to conduct the import and export operation for the needed products and materials, including document preparation and coordination with forwarders
7. Finish the other tasks the supervisor assigns.

Skill and knowledge required
1. Bachelor Degree and above, preferably majored in chemistry or relevant disciplines
2. Need two to three years chemical industry purchase experience
3. Be awareness of the sourcing operation discipline (OD) and knowledge of aspects on chemical industry
4. Be experienced to the import and export operation is a plus
5. Be of the strong capability of coordination and organization
6. Good command of oral and written English
7. Good negotiation and communication skill
8. Living in the nearby areas of SCIP is plus
