1. Coordinate monthly/daily production volume with P&L Manager
2. Delivery of production orders in correct quality, quantity and time
3. Quantity, qualification and efficiency of P&L employees
4. Responsible for technical equipment and preventive maintenance
5. Cost effective repairing of equipment
