主要职责：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1， 管理银行账户、及时与银行定期对账。
Managing the bank account, make reconciliation regularly
2， 管理库存现金，月末定期盘点，确保帐实相符
Managing the cash, checking balance at the end of month, ensure the accurate figure.
3， 管理现金及转账支票，确保支票安全、有效，并正确使用支票。
Managing the cheque , ensuring the safety and proper using.
4， 负责日常费用报销，严格按财务制度报销各项费用。
Responsible for the daily reimbursement of staff, Strictly following company ’rule.
5， 每日处理资金收付业务，准确及时操作网上银行，编制相关会计凭证
Daily cash flow operating, smoothly using the e-bank, making relevant voucher
6， 及时登记现金及银行日记帐，出具资金收支报表及余额报表。
Booking the cash records timely , reporting the journal and balance.
7， 处理信用证业务，防范信用证风险。
Handling the LC, and avoid the risk of LC
8， 申请开具银行保函，审核保函条款，控制风险。
Applying the performance bonds , controlling the risk
9， 处理外汇收支申报和结售汇业务，降低财务费用。
Managing the foreign currency, reducing the finance cost
10， 编制公司三个月资金流动计划，分析月度资金使用效率
Three months cash flow management, analysis the funds efficiency
11， 协助领导维护融资渠道，理财渠道。
Maintaining the finance channel.
12， 及时准确发放员工工资。
Pay the salary on time
13， 完成上级安排的其他财务相关工作。
