职位描述：
1、Act as process engineer to development, deploy, maintain and improve production process for existing or new product. Establish and maintenance SOP in bilingual format; 针对新产品或者现有产品，开发、实施、维护和改进生产工艺。建立和维护双语SOP；
2、Take role as project leader for industrial engineering of new product. Leading production preparing and production launch, such as production cell establish, process leading-in, etc. Guide continually improvement of quality and productivity. Attend into the production improving programs such as: efficiency increasing, lean manufacturing, etc.; 承担产品工业化项目领导职责。领导生产准备和批产导入。例如指导生产岛区建立，工艺导入等。指导质量持续改进，生产效率提升。参与生产改进项目，例如效率改善，精益生产等；
3、As core team member to support new product development, fabricate sample and support related project task; 作为小组核心成员，支持新产品开发，主导样品制作以及其它相关项目任务；
Take product / part design review to achieve “Design for manufacture”; 实施产品和零件设计审核，达成“面向制造的设计”
4、As core team member to support Aviation certification, such as drawing translation, testing prepare, etc.; 作为小组核心成员，支持适航认证，例如图纸翻译与制作，测试准备等；
5、Support debugging and acceptance of new tooling / machine. Then compile the information of the tooling into file; 支援工装设备检验验收工作，制作相关文档；
6、Collaborate Train the workers in production about newly improved SOP. Support to monitor process efficiency; 发布新版SOP，并对员工进行培训。 监督工艺落实，以及监督分析作业效率；
7、Take action for product, part and production quality issue resolve and deploy countermeasure; 落实产品、零件以及生产过程质量问题的解决，采取对策措施；
8、Support cost reduction / VAVE project, such as validate new material, etc. Support supplier qualification and process improvement; 支持成本削减和VAVE活动，例如新材料验证等。并且支援供应商认可，供应商质量和工艺改进；
9、Support domestic IT to maintenance engineering and quality software and working platform management, such as PDM, etc.; 支援本地IT工作，维护工程与质量软件。 例如PDM等 举报 分享
