职位描述：
Detailed Posting Description

1.Draft, review, negotiate and manage various kinds of contracts and other legal documents under Legal Manager’s direction or as per the Company’s standard format;
2.Assist in providing internal legal advices to HR and other functions;
3.Assist in communicating with external law firms
4.Conduct legal research and write internal legal memos as per internal requirements;
5.Translate legal documents between Chinese and English;
6.Other assigned legal related work.


Job Requirements



1.Bachelor degree or above with a major in Law
2.3-5 years practical legal experience in a law firm or multinational company
3.Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
4.Dynamic, outgoing and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility;
5.High level of integrity and professionalism;
6.Be able to work independently or with very little supervision.
7.PRC lawyer qualification preferred;


Additional Details

1.Some business travels required.
2.Written and spoken, business-level fluency in English and Chinese is needed.
3.Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). 举报 分享
