Job Description

-Responsible for "order to cash" as customer contact for daily business operation
-Through closely working with planning team, sales and customers to ensure the high efficient supply chain
-Deliver the customer voice to the CUS team and also other functions to give a quick response to the customers' complaints and optimize/improve the process
-Create functional excellence

Qualifications

-+2-year supply chain management
-Bachelor+ degree in operation, marketing, industrial engineering, ...
-excellent SAP knowledge, and SAP project roll-out experiences is preferred
-Process-mapping/optimization knowledge
-Strong customer-orientation mindset and strong capability to convincing the stakeholders about changes
good analytical, and strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
