SKILL GROUP: Sales
ROLE TITLE : Acquisition Executive
ROLE PURPOSE:
1.Ensure the constant generation of meetings for the Business Manager from the leads and prospects database and contributes to the acquisition of new clients in line with the comercial strategy and objectives, processes and sales methodology.
2.Support Business Managers in negotiations (quotations) until first order receipt and in prospect follow up
3.Ensure the smooth handling of new clients to the designed Account Manager

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to : Business Manager Team Leader
Liaise with : Account Manager Team

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
?SEARCH AND QUALIFICATION OF LEADS AND PROSPECTS
?Search and analyse leads/prospects database (in sfdc and other databases)
?Create the lead in sfdc
?Contact risk department if necessary to ensure that the lead is eligible to become a new client
?Gather information to qualify leads and prospects

?PROSPECT VISIT AND FOLLOW UP
?Call leads and prospects to book meetings and update sfdc accordingly (acquisition call results, meetings, opportunities, information gathered on account)
?Prepare the documentation necessary for the meeting (product sheets…)
?Ensure all meeting follow up tasks are handled in time and quality (sending information, quotations….) according to the visit report

?FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT NEGOTIATION
?Liaise with other departments (Service Delivery, Legal, IT,..) to ensure that services offered are in line with Arval delivery capacity
?Handle all necessary documentation between the account and Arval
?Ensure that all services subscribed and agreed upon between the new client and the Business Manager are properly implemented so they may be delivered as agreed

?RISKS VALIDATION
?Make, send to credit risk team and follow up credit risk requests
?Collect all necessary client documentation in liaison with Business Manager

?FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT IMPLEMENTATION
?Prepare new client file and handover to the Account Manager designated by the team leader to ensure a smooth delivery of services and good relationship
?Ensure that the prospect is converted into client in the systems

?QUOTATIONS

?Prepare quotations in line account specifications
?Get quotation parameters validated by Business Manager
?Follow up quotations

Ensure that all information is complete, accurate and up to date in the systems (company information and contact details, meetings, opportunities..)

Constantly liaise with Business Managers for a good coordination of account follow up
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
High Education
Preferably 1 year experience in call center or 3 years vehicle leasing sales experience
Fluent in spoken and written English
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
Knowledge of products and services
MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
