职位描述：
Key Responsibilities;
1. Work with suppliers of the innovation and build up the platform to share the information to the Creation Centres.
2. Collaborate closely with the various stakeholders - Creation Centres, LO, T1, T2, and various other parties - to support material development.
3. Support the development process ensuring workable fabric and trims are created which address desired function, cosmetics, cost, market material and manufacturability.
4. Ensure that all sample orders are produced accurately, and are shipped on time.
5. Support material sustainability process, ensure timely upload accuracy data.
6. Drive effective problem solving and continuous improvement.
7. Ensure accurate and timely updates of the data management systems where applicable.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities;
1. Basic knowledge of material construction and manufacturing
2. Advanced negotiating and influencing skills
3. Strong communication skills
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken)
5. Strong ability to work with Product Data Management Systems and basic MS Office skills


Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications;
1. Four-year college or university degree
2. At least 3 years of related work experience in the apparel industry in a technical capacity
