职位描述：
任职资格：
1、需要对设计抱有极大的兴趣以及浓厚的热情，当遇到技术上的难题时要随机应变，灵活处理；
2、2-4年的景观设计经验，对扩初设计至施工图设计等有良好的认识，熟悉各种规范，熟悉各种施工工艺、材料、植物与造价分析；
3、有施工现场指导经验；
4、我们在找寻一位具有良好的沟通技巧和组织管理能力、能高效和谐地带领设计团队的景观设计负责人；
5、需要能进行项目管理，负责和业主的日常沟通和图纸答疑，清楚地将工作任务分配给团队成员，并能引导、培训经历尚浅的同事，同时具有高度责任感和进取精神。

Project Leader (Design Development / Contract Documentation)
1. Applicants are expected to have a strong design interest and a lateral and flexible approach to solving design issues.
2. 3 to 5 years minimum landscape construction documentation experience preferred with good understanding of Design Development, Construction Documentation and National Standards. Good understanding of construction, materials, local planting and cost estimate will be required to be demonstrated during the application process.
3. Work experience on site would beneficial.
4. We are seeking a team leader with good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility, be able to delegate tasks to the team and train less experienced team members.
