职位描述：
Kartel红酒吧是一个坐落于法租界在静安寺附近的三层楼酒吧。建立与2011年，它已经在上海红酒爱好者心中有了一定的地位。拥有一个360度全景的露台。同时Kartel也有一个多文化的餐厅以及一个层专门举行私人活动的包间。餐厅以及包间这两层的装饰结合了法式时尚以及复古形象，在餐厅里我们为食客们提供一种新式时尚的风格。在餐厅我们也有一个巨大的电子酒窖，同时我们也有为您独家设计的西式菜单以及美酒作为搭配。

Kartel专属助理需要在酒吧运作，厨房协调以及公司运营这三方面提供协助以及帮助。专属助理需要同时于酒吧经理以及员工进行直接的交流，于此同时，也需要于供应商，政府机关，竞争者以及其他本地社区进行沟通。他／她需要协调各个部门的负责者以及活动负责人。

在工作期间，专属助理需要直接向酒吧经理汇报工作。

主要职责：

参与策划以及组织：
? 与经理一同协调需协调的事件以及公司的运营
? 与供应商协调酒吧所需物品
? 筹划以及进行新员工的面试
? 按时与总经理汇报公司的收入以及重要内容

交流方面：
保持公司内部员工们以及供应商们的关系和谐

预算以及支出方面：
? 全年内与公司内财务部保持及时的更新
? 掌控公司工资的发放以及商务支出
? 挑选价格最合理的供应商


员工以及公司发展方面：
? 帮助人事部从人才市场里筛选适合其职位的员工
? 保证日常事务正常运行信息在经理以及员工之间及时更新
? 确保员工不满以及员工纪律问题及时解决
? 协助人事部门撰写招聘信息


职位要求：
? 至少在餐饮业有2-3年经验
? 英语流利
? 精力充沛，必须有一定的抗压能力以及能按时完成任务
? 良好的态度
? 对采购以及价格战略策划有足够的了解

薪资范围：5000-6000


Executive Assistante JD


Kartel Wine Bar is a three-storey venue situated between the Former French Concession and Jing’an Temple. Established in 2011, it has become a must for Wine Lovers in Shanghai and is well known for its unique 360-degree panoramamic Rooftop terrace. It also provides a multi-cultured Restaurant and Private Lounge space, combining both French destroy-chic spirit and vintage spirit.
A multi-functional space, offering a unique modern and impressive perspective to our customers complete with a hugely eclectic wine cellar and western menu designed specifically for food and drink pairings.


Kartel Executive Assistant should be providing functional assistance and direction to both Operations, Kitchen and Bar departments. Executive Assistant interacts with both Kartel managers and staff members, but also with suppliers, government officials, competitors and other members of the local community. He/She coordinates functions and activities with the department heads as appropriate.


Kartel Executive Assistant will be reporting directly to General Manager.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- Overall Management

Answer directly to the General Manager
Help him in his dayli task
Be present for the different media’s invitation with the General Manager
Online purchasing

2- Marketing department

Regular weekly posting on wechat, weibo, douban, zhihu
Systematic translation for all communications support and content text
Help in targeting Chinese KOL fur further exposure actions
Help in researches for collaboration with new Chinese medias and platform
Data analysis and report for Chinese social networks
Informational survey for Chinese competitors
Database filling and updates when needed
Decoration items preparation and purchasing prior to Kartel events
Events prospection for chinese companies

3- Budgeting & Costings

Work in close relationship with the financial departmental
Control Payroll and Business Expenses
To oversee budget preparation for the year
To implement methods to control wastage and over production
To select suppliers with the most competent prices
To analyze potential costs

4- Legal

To manage the relationships with the landlord, government, lawyer in special legal cases
To update the visas of the foreign employees
To renew all the licenses of the company

5- Human Resources

To organize and conduct interviews for hiring new staff
To liaise with the General Manager & Human Resources Director in matters relating to recruitment and disciplinary procedure
To draft the working contract of the new staffs and to follow the contract renewal


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- At least 2 years of experience in F&B field
- Full proficiency in English
- Dynamic personality, able to work under pressure and to hold deadlines
- Good attitude
- Strong knowledge of the operations of restaurants
- Good understanding of procurement functions and pricing strategies
