Job description / Mission

This job is about implementation, support and maintainance of HR Information Systems and HR People Management Systems (HRIS).
You will be part of the global team which has the mission to secure a smooth operating HRIS and a high HR Master Data Quality via regular cleansing measures of all HR Master Data of Atlas Copco employees and organizations. Migration of employee information into SuccessFactors, the new SAP based tool, which will be main HRIS platform for Atlas Copco in the nearest future.

Responsibilities
· Support global HR applications, SuccessFactors, SharePoint platform (and retiring Lotus Notes).
· Support the project of SuccessFactors Time Off/Time Sheet module global roll out.
· Level 2 support for SuccessFactors in Service Desk Team.
· Review issues and perform root cause analyses and develop solutions and workarounds
· Maintain key-user community with regular meetings, trainings, etc
· Support/make suggestion to HR teams for process optimisation
· Coordinate with internal developers and vendors/support organisations to ensure proper support delivery
· Coordinate with IT and/or Finance in case solution/roll out needs their involvement
· Participation in other global HR projects.
. Knowledge transfer & Documentation:

Experience Requirements
- Experience with SuccessFactors(SF) EC/Time Off/Time Sheet module is a must, Experience with other module in SF is a plus.
- Experience in Project management & implement.
- Experience IBM Lotus Notes platform or other business applications is a plus
- 2-3 years experience in HRIS/HR Project

Knowledge / Educational requirements
- Good written and spoken English is a must
- Proven skills in Microsoft Productes, esp. Excel, Powerpoint
- University degree, major in HR/IT/economical.

- Willing to business travel over the world
- Flexiable working hours is acceptable.
- Diligent, careful and pro-active attitude and team work spirit
