职位描述：
Purpose of the job: Ensure proper assignment of responsibilities in handling regulatory change to avoid any compliance related risks. Centrally monitor the progress of all task/projects related to regulatory changes.

Responsibilities
? Partner with Business and Compliance to drive and supervise the execution of regulation requirements.
1) Assess and understand new regulations requirement
2) Set up discussion meeting as appropriate to coordinate cross-functional actions/resolve functional differences arising during implementation
3) Track implementation progress to meet regulation timeline
4) Work with business to design procedures to reflect regulations change, including process /risk /control/ monitoring.
5) Provide regular update to UPRECO meeting
? Perform Co-ordination role of Regulatory inspections, partner with compliance and business on deliverables, observation feedback etc to improve the response time/quality to regulator.

Key requirements
? Bachelor degree or above, with at least 5-year working experiences.
? Knowledge of internal control requirements, preferred experience in QA, audit or compliance
? Good command of English and Mandarin with the ability to read, write and converse
