职位描述：

岗位职责：

1、负责软件项目的设计、编码、单元测试、相关文档编写；

2、按照既定的时间，制定项目计划，交付高质量的产品；

3、参与方案讨论和技术调研，根据开发过程中的体验对产品提出改进建议；

4、完成领导交办的其它工作。

任职要求：

1、必须全日制本科以上学历，计算机或信息技术相关专业；

2、3年以上java开发经验为主，学习能力强的候选者3年以下开发经验可考虑；

3、精通java，熟悉spring、hibernate、ibatis、struts、freemarker等主流JAVA和web技术；

4、熟悉oracle、mysql或其他数据库的编程；

5、良好的沟通协调能力和应变能力强；

6、支付或商城系统开发经验、沟通协调、行业经验优先；

7、年平均跳槽次数小于1次。
