Major responsibilities:

· Design, develop, implement, maintain and support business systems in conjunction with end users requirements;

· Design, develop, implement, maintain and support the network infrastructure, servers, desktop computers, mobile devices and back office systems to support the business functions;

· Design, develop, implement, maintain and test backup, restore and disaster recovery plans to the required service levels;

· Prepare, implement and maintain policies, procedure and standards relating to Information Technology Systems to promote best practice within the company;

· Manage and control the provision of external IT / IS service providers as required to meet the objectives of the company;

· Manage, tender and control systems hardware, software, support and maintenance procurement.

Requirements

· Degree in Computing related subjects;

· 12 years and above working experience in systems development and systems operations including 5 years' experience in managing IT development and operations team within a company;

· Experience in commercial property business systems is an asset;

· Project management experience of large multi module systems implementation or ERP experience is preferred;

· Fluency in written and spoken Putonghua and English;

· Good at planning and organization skills;

· Able to work independently and self-motivated.
