JOB DUTIES
1. Assist Credit control manager monitor the credit team and AR team on routine basis, play an assistance role for Credit manager on Credit control/ Collection/ Performance management.
2. Implement the Credit Policy/SOP on process/KPI in Asia credit team.
3. Create and maintain customer Masterfile in Oracle, Credit limit check and release hold sales order.
4. Monitor the public profiles and smooth the routine issues.
5. Assist Credit control manager update the Credit policy/SOP on process and KPI review.
6. Enhance the special project on Customer Transfer under group policy and take fully responsibilities to smooth the process, serve BU and outside customers to fix the projects.
7. Coach AR team and contact customers directly to improve the collection independently, play a leadership role on communication to inner sister departments and IC partners.
8. Play a leadership role on Monthly close interface works and Annual audit issues.
9. Review with AR team to enhance on weekly basis and compile the collection schedule to activate the collection works.
10. Update the credit limit/payment terms according to actuality.
11. Update the AR collection status on monthly basis.
12. Other tasks assigned by credit control manager.

2，针对亚洲信贷团队实施KPI过程信用/ SOP政策。
3，建立和维护客户数据库，信用额度检查和释放保持销售订单。
4、监督公共档案，并处理日常事务。
5、协助信用控制经理更新过程和考核标准的信用政策。
6、强化集团政策下的客户转移专项项目，全面负责流程的畅通，服务客户和外部客户的项目。
7、指导AR团队，与客户直接沟通，提高独立收集能力，在与内部姐妹部门和IC合作伙伴沟通方面发挥领导作用。
8、在月度关闭界面工作和年度审计问题上发挥领导作用。
9、每周与AR团队一起回顾并收集进度表以激活收集工作。
10、根据实际情况更新信用额度/付款条件。
11、每月更新应收帐款状况。
12、信贷经理安排的其他工作。
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Outside and positive. Easy to communicate and have willing to take responsibility to work under pressure.
2. Communication skills on English.
3. Over 6 years working experience on accounting or sales management, or at least 2 years on credit control.
4. College degree above, majored in accounting or sales management.
5. Good understanding of accounting.
6. Familiar with Oracle.
7. Familiar with Microsoft office, especially Excel.
