职位描述：

- Report line manager
- There are 4 QC technicians and 1 QA engineer in quality department

- Quality control for 200 RM and 500 FG.
- Conduct RM supplier audit
- Coordinate 2nd and 3rd part audit;
- 3 workshops (Hygiene, Automotive) and OEM.
- Provide quality training for 90 employee.

- Establish and manage the Aplix Shanghai Company level quality integrate management system (IMS) according to Global, Chinese, Industrial and Aplix SH quality standards.
- Responsible for FG and RM testing and release approval according to RM and FG specification.
- Coordinate the qualification plan of new product or new process introduction and ensure the qualification plan complete as standard.
- Responsible for customer complaint investigation, product return inspection & disposition and internal quality issue follow up, and work out professional report.
- Follow up customer questionnaire, quality related routine report and test report to improve customer satisfaction continuously.
- Responsible for quality management system audit from internal and external, and follow up audit report and action plan.
- Coordinate the communication with internal and outside interested parties in term of quality requirements and standard.
- Develop and manage quality professionals to improve overall capability and build a strong team in SH.
- Provide IMS, quality related regulations, product quality and customized system (P&G QAKE and IAFT 16949) training to all employee.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality in all areas.
- Regularly inspect and report company quality performance, status of quality objectives and targets and management system.

- Location at Shanghai. But need travelling to customer site and Aplix internal sites.
- Regularly inspection and monitor on production and warehouse quality operation. The production and warehoBuse area has some dust, noise. There are slight odor in the some process.
- Communicate relative departments, such as Manufacturing, HSE, planning, Maintenance and Supply chain to assure deliver product on time.

- Ensure to achieve company quality KPIs.
- Ensure internal and external quality audit be performed, and CAPA be followed.
- Ensure employee keep good quality awareness.
- Continuous to improve product quality, quality team efficiency, decrease cost and waste.
- Monitor and continuous to improve housekeeping to ensure the workshop comply with requirement

Education
- Have bachelor or above degree, major in chemistry, chemical engineering or related.
Experience
- At least 5 years quality management experience and 10 years’ experience in operation in chemical.
Profession and skill
- Familiar quality management system.
- Familiar P&G QAKE or IAFT 16949.
- With the ability to do analysis, statistic on quality datum and problem solving.
- With the ability to do communication, training, people management.
- Fluent on English speaking, listening, reading and writing.
- Familiar with office computer.

- With good responsibility, carefulness, patience and performance execution.
- Can endure high work pressure.
- With good team work spirit.
