职位描述：
主要职责和权限
1.熟练操作设备，懂得设备主要参数的含义，能够根据生产实际质量情况在允许的范围内调整参数。
2.严格执行质量和工艺标准。严格执行安全操作规程。
3.参与质量、工艺、效率、安全等持续改善活动，提出合理化建议，并切实落实各项改善措施。
4.管理、领导、激励、考评班组员工，建立积极、有竞争力的团队。
5.向上级领导汇报工作。和其他相关部门协调沟通有关工作。

岗 位 资 格 要 求
1.中专、技校、或普通高中毕业。
2.会简单的电脑操作。
3.具备一定的英语基础，能够在培训后懂得设备电脑的英文操作界面和设备的英文操作按钮。
4.具有良好的语言表达能力、沟通能力、组织和协调能力。

Founded in 1971, UFI Filters is a global leader in filtration technology with 14 production sites, 2 innovation centers, 17 commercial offices and 25 front offices in Italy, China, India, Tunisia, USA, Korea and rest of the world.
