Business Controller Operations, fulltime
Located in Shanghai City, China

As a Business Controller Operations you are responsible for risk management of the trading business (purchase and sales contracts, credibility), document flow and for the input on the profit and loss statement (invoicing, payments, risk control, cost control). You are focused on process improvements for efficiency and risk purposes. You will act as a sparring partner for traders and for the backoffice department in The Netherlands. Your most important business partners in China are the local import agencies and the local accountant firm.

Your characteristics
? Completed higher professional education (HBO) in Economics, International Business, Supplychain Management or equivalent
? At least 5 years of relevant work experience within an international organisation, preferably in the fresh food sector
? Good communicator, both Mandarin and English (Dutch and/or Spanish are preferable)
? Analytical skills
? Process thinker
? Good planning & organisational skills
? Quality driven
? Stress-proof

As subsidiary of Jaguar, the fresh company, Leopard Fruit Trading Company is responsible for the import, sales and logistics of fresh fruit to the Chinese market. Leopard Fruit Trading Company consists of two Traders who are responsible for import and sales results.
