Duties and Responsibilities职责:
? Coach and train APQP SQE’s on Magna’s procedures in order to implement them with all supplier bases. 培训APQP SQE 熟悉应用Magna 的程序.
? Overall management for all suppliers PPAP’s ensuring they are submitted on time and all requirements have been met, as an executive summary. 整体管理所有供应商的PPAP确保所有提交能按时按要求提交.
? Verify supplier’s prototype samples for Metrology/Metallurgy 验证供应商提交的零部件的尺寸测量和金属材料特性
? Issue DMN & Follow-up for PPAP issues 发布零部件和PPAP问题点不合格通知单给供应商并跟进改进
? Notify Supplier of PPAP Approval or Rejection 通知供应商的PPAP接受或者拒绝通知
? Investigation of Suspect Supplier Material and In plant Segregation & Containment of suspect material
和工厂团队一起分析可疑的零部件,并在工厂实施隔离或者围堵供应商的不合格
? Internal rework or sorting of supplier suspect material负责协调在工厂内部的挑选或者不合格的返工
? Opening of charge backs (debit notes) and Accumulate Chargeback Data over and above material costs RMA
开具供应商索赔单并累计所有索赔数据以及材料成本
? Initial Follow-up for supplier Containment / Corrective Actions(Step 1~3)初始跟踪供应商的围堵以及改善方案,包括8D步骤中的第一步和第三部
? Fill in PCR( Supplier process change like as new die, New lines, or new process ) into MPC E-System
填写供应商的过程更改单PCR到MPC的E-系统当中去(比如新模具,新产线,以及新工艺)
? Verify layout result if meet MPT requirement on process change sample. 验证供应商过程更改的样件全尺寸是否符合MPT的要求
? Approve/Reject Supplier PCR's PPAP / Conditional on Customer Approval批准/拒绝供应商PCR的PPAP
? Plan and arrange work to ensure that safe and healthful working conditions are maintained at all times for the employees, their supervisor and colleagues.计划和安排确保他管理的员工和同事的安全健康的工作的维护

SHANGHAI, China, January 25, 2016 – Magna International Inc. announced today that it is growing its footprint in China, with the establishment of a new seating engineering center in the Xuhui District of Shanghai.
The newly established engineering center will help Magna match the pace of growth in the world’s largest automotive market. The new location, which will include a seating testing lab and prototype shop, will employ approximately 60 people initially, but is expected to increase employment to more than 100 at full capacity.
