职位描述：
Job Purpose:
- To manage and build up a portfolio of clients to grow TB business & revenue;
- To work closely with CC team as trusted advisor, pushing forward business opportunities and provide customized banking solutions to corporate clients;
- To originate, and follow through and realize trade opportunities into revenue, and responsible for utilization for approved trade facilities and/or cash mandates;
- Proven credit sense and able to initiate and put up pre-deal request, an able to follow up and assist subsequent Credit Evaluation Process from product / structure perspective;
- Work on both cash and trade opportunities, with focus on Trade Financing;
- To facilitate cross border deals with regional sales team to close large ticket deals;
- Any other ad-hoc assignments as required by Bank from time to time.

Responsibilities:
A. Acquire new business opportunity in Transaction Banking
Proactively working on cash management pipelines and associated implementations
Partnering with client coverage teams and other business units, to grow TB business by acquiring new TB clients and identify potential business opportunity
Deepen our wallet share on existing clients’ TB wallet
B. New Product Development
Work with Product Team on TB solutions to meet clients’ business requirements
Participate and work with Head Office on TB initiatives; including regional strategies, preposition
C. Cross-sell other Banking Products

Qualification:
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 6 years of Transaction Banking / Corporate Banking 
Competencies:
- Good interpersonal skills, result-oriented and displays consistent performance;
- Independent and resourceful, evidenced by high initiative in solving problems and issues;
- Strong credit and risk analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong business development skills, performance driven and sales-oriented;
- Ability to engage with people at all levels;
- Self-starter, result–oriented, a team player and highly organized;
