Key Responsibilities:

? Provide relevant and update market analysis and forecast for application areas;
? Initiate marketing campaign and integrate work flows with promotional, customer education and other programs to drive commercial growth;
? Define and drive proper pricing mechanism to the market, taking competitive landscape and channel structure into account;
? Understand the needs of the current and future customers for pathology diagnostic applications;
? Set up reference customer site and build up KOLs for the product line. Work with KOLs closely to update the technology advance and customer trend.
? Align marketing resources to build up strong and consistent brand for pathology diagnostic products from Thermo Fisher Scientific;
? Support product development efforts to offer appropriate products to different market segments;
? Undertake the internal and external product training for commercial teams and develop the practical sales tool to facilitate the sales activities.
? Set up smooth communication with global marketing and product management team

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

? Good selling skill and communication skill.
? At least three years of Marketing in multi-national medical device company.
? The Master degree of Medicine, Immunology, molecular biology or related is preferred.
? Be able to travel around the central region.

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

? Fluent in English, good computer application skills
? Good presentation skill both in English and Chinese
