设计工程师

参与公司高空作业车，起重机，挖掘机等产品设计，研发，测试。对生产，销售，服务部门提供机械，机电，电控和液控系统等技术支持。

具体职责

1. 参与阿尔泰克产品线产品设计，为提高工程团队有效性作出贡献。
2. 参与并作为阿尔泰克团队的一员完成所分配的任务，对所分配和授权的任务进行跟进并按质按时完成。
4. 了解并能够应用基本的工程原理，实践，和程序。
5. 编制零件图纸，研发产品原型。
6. 向销售，生产，服务部门提供技术支持。
7. 积极参与技术培训，提高技术能力。
8. 参与确认产品，材料或零件的供应商。
9. 确保设计符合客户需求。

职位要求：

1. 本科以上工程技术教育背景（机械类优先），至少2~4年设计工程工作背景。
2. 具有基础的工程实践经验，具备基础的工程技术能力。
3. 积极的团队合作净胜，与其他部门，供应商，分销商，客户保持良好的关系。
4. 良好的分析能力，口头和书面表达能力。
5. 对商务活动等的基本理解能力和实践能力。
6. 具有自我学习和进步的能力。
7. 自信，有活力，成功的作为团队的一员进行工作。
8. 能够使用AUTOCAD或者SolidWorks等工程软件熟练制图的能力。
9. 良好的分析和书面沟通能力。
10. 能够在压力下工作，同事承担多项有期限要求的任务等。
11. 能够接受10~20%出差的要求。
12. 英语的口头和书面能力。
13. 诚实，正直，强烈的追求卓越。
14. 具有工程机械设备公司工作经验者优先。

Position Description
Position
Design Engineer (China)

Purpose
Participate in the design, development, testing and related processes essential in the production of the mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic and hydraulic systems supporting the manufacture, sale and service of aerial devices, digger derricks and other specialty equipment comprising the company’s product line.

Responsibilities

1. Practice prudent engineering and effectively apply formal engineering training to add to the overall effectiveness of the Engineering Group and enhancement of Altec’s position within the product line.
2. Participate and contribute productively as part of Altec’s team-oriented design, manufacture and customer service/support efforts.
3. Operates with some decision-making latitude within the scope of an assignment.
a. Knows and applies fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in the engineering field.
b. Communicate with customers on issues of technical specifications, product design and operation as appropriate.
c. Provide technical support to sales associates.
d. Gain the skills necessary to become a Senior Engineer.
e. Produce/evaluate new designs and components to improve quality, cost and performance based on specialized knowledge of engineering principles with support of other functional engineers, manufacturing, supply management and other personnel.
f. Research and evaluate new materials, equipment, and processes.
g. Develop component drawings and prototypes.
h. Identify sources of products, materials and components.
i. Ensure designs meet customer requirements.
j. Provide Customer support.
k. Complete other tasks assigned by management.



Qualifications

a. External Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and minimum of three to five (3~5) years design engineering experience.
b. All Candidates will have the following:
c. Demonstrated through understanding and ability in basic engineering practices and principles.
d. Must be personable and effectively interact with other associates, departments, operations, distributors, vendors, customers, etc.
e. Good analytical, verbal, and written skills.
f. Basic understanding of business principles and practice.
g. Demonstrated capacity as a self-starter with ability to work under only a moderate level of supervision.
h. Must be confident, dynamic, and successful in working as part of a team.
i. Proficiency in the use of personal computers and associated software.
j. Bachelor degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred).
k. Computer literate.
l. Engineering drafting experience using computer aided software such as AutoCad and SolidWorks.
m. Good analytical and written skills required.
n. Ability to handle multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
o. Good analytical and problem solving skills with knowledge in interpretation of engineering drawings/specifications and manufacturing processes.
p. Some travel throughout China expected.
q. Some speaking and writing English a plus
r. Passion for excellence with a high level of integrity and honesty.
