MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
1.执行上级主管工作指示及时完成上级主管交办的工作事宜。
Ensure good implementation of tasks assigned by management.
2.常规产品依据工艺进行CNC手工程式的编辑，刀具选用、工装夹具安装校正及调试制作。
Carry out CNC process edit for regular products. Make selection of knife tools, install fiture and finish adjustment.
3.产品首件检验自检、制程中检验自检，并按规范填写检验表单，确保产品符合质量规范要求。
Carry out quality check for first product, and quality check in process. Finish related checklist as required to ensure products to meet quality standard.
4.协助新产品工艺分析、刀具选用、夹具制作、程式编写与调试制作，确保产品开发成功率及工艺合理完善。
Give assistance to assembling process analysis of new produst, optimization and assembling tools, to ensure high success rate of product development and process improvement.
5.按照设备保养规范进行设备维护与保养并填写保养记录，确保设备正常安全运转。
Fill in equipment maintenance checklist as required to ensure smooth running of equipments.
6.常规量具的使用维护与保养，确保量具在合格状态中，不使用校量过期的两句以保证产品质量。
Maintain measuring tools and deny unqualified measuring tools to ensure product quality.
7.车间现场、工作岗位6S改善与维护。
Maintain 6S within shopfloor.
8.制程中工件摆放整齐，成品、不良品区分摆放与及时周转。
Place products in order, and separate qualified products from unqualified ones.
9.相关工作表单规范记录填写并及时上交。
Finish work related forms as required.
10.严格遵守公司安全相关规章制度，确保本岗位范围内无违反安全规定的行为发生。对于工厂范围内任何违反安全规定的操作，第一时间进行制止并向部门经理汇报。
Ensure strict implemention of safety related rules and regulations and forbid any unsafe behavior within own working area. Stop any unsafe behavior wihin company according to company rules and regulations and report to department manager at the first time.
11.对于公司出台的政策以及规定，主动全面的了解，并全力配合。
Give full cooperation and coordination to all policies and regulations issued by company.
12.对本岗位工作任务不足，根据需要，配合执行其它相关岗位工作。
Coordinate with other positions to achieve tasks when necessary.

INVENTORY OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR POSITION/任职资格
1.中专或技校以上学历
With education of technical school and avove.
2.三年以上机械行业相关工作经验
Over 3 years’ experience in similar industry.
3.熟练掌握CNC加工中心的操作及日常维护保养
Be skilled in CNC operation and daily maintenance.
4.能熟练识别图纸、工艺
Be skilled in work drawing, and process.
5.能熟练选用及安装调试各类刀具
Be good at select, install, and adjust various knives.
6.能手工编写一般产品程序（法那科系统）及独立调试操作机床能力
Be able to edit product process (Fanuc) and operate CNC independently.
