Job Summary:工作范畴
The cook is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef and Sous chef in the efficient and profitable operation of a Saigon Mama store. This position is responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving food according to company recipes and follow company standard operation procedures. He/she will report to the Sous Chef and is responsible for assisting the sous chef in the day-to-day store operations, maintaining high store standards and conditions, and fostering a positive environment, which provides consistent fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a Total Quality Experience for both our customers and team members.

Store Operations:餐厅运营
● Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment according to restaurants standardized recipes.
