职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1) To assist Department Head to develop business objectives, marketing strategies and relevant execution plans, compile annual budget and monitor quarterly forecast, reconcile monthly expenditure to ensure all milestones are achieved；
2) To conduct regular market research and collect market intelligence on competitors’ campaign, consumer behaviour and brand image analysis with recommendations and action plans；
3) To generate and implement creative ideas in terms of marketing campaigns and promotional activities targeting office tenants and retail consumers；
4) To source and engage strategic partners including digital marketers, media planners and advertising agencies, event houses and production vendors, arts and cultural institutes, charitable organizations etc to uphold branding and marketing objectives；
5) To nurture media relations and provide support on public affairs matters for marketing purposes；
6) To work closely with Department Head on ad hoc assignments and crisis management.
7) Any other ad hoc assignments delegated by Superior.
8) Job scope shall be reviewed and revised from time to time based on actual situation.


Requirements:
1) Degree holder in marketing or other relevant disciplines;
2) At least 10 years of marketing experience preferably retail or property related in multinational corporation;
3) Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PPT etc. Additional desktop skill is a plus;
4) Demonstrate creative thinking, strategic planning, strong communications and people management skills. Figure sensitive;
5) Excellent written and verbal language skills in both English and Chinese;
