Task
- Support the new service activity of Infrustructure Logistics of Customer Service.
- Responsible for a team of 3-5 people and report directly to the Head of Customer Service
- Perform engineering calculations to determine energy savings. Collaborate with other Energy Advisors/Engineers to maximize technical support to client base.
- Participate in energy efficiency programs by working with business and building owners, developers, architects, engineers and contractors to serve as a technical resource for Owners and Siemens employees.
- Discuss technical elements of energy consuming equipment in a facility (lighting, HVAC, compressed air, etc.) and how it affects utility consumption to help build a business case to prioritize recommendations.
- Develop energy or environment related technical expertise and performance indicators in designing, developing and building renewable energy technologies in Energy Star Program, etc.
- Identify on﹕ite opportunities for energy efficiency in buildings and provide follow﹗p to analyze utility bills and determine energy usage trends for costs savings.
- Negotiate service agreements and managing associated costs and revenues, then prepare detailed schedules of work, feasibility studies and cost estimates to control cost.
- Monitor regislation changes to keep abreast of legislation and ensuring compliance.
- Call on new customers by preparing and presenting reports, internal presentations, and public presentations to customers so as to sell Energy Auditing Services, etc.

Requirement
- Experience or understanding of energy calculations, simple payback periods, building design, “green” construction and sustainable design is preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as: safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, building specifications, architectural drawings, electrical diagrams, plumbing drawings and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook; Able to create functional spreadsheets; proficient use of high level excel functions. IT skills, including knowledge of 3D software like AutoCAD
- Pose certification as an Certified Energy Auditor or Certified Energy Efficiency Manager a plus.
- 2? years experience in the energy efficiency industry
- With a minimum of 5 years engineering experience related to mechanical design, energy modeling, or construction

Education:
- Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering preferred. Those with relevant degree courses shall have taken courses include but not limited to the following subjects:
- Environmental engineering;
- Mining or petroleum engineering;
- Electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering;
- Earth sciences;
- Renewable or sustainable energy;
- Environmental science and management.

Others:
- Candidates should also have an interest in science, technology and the environment; general understanding of the energy market; knowledge of relevant legislation surrounding energy efficiency and carbon emissions; commercial awareness; the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
