职位描述：

主要工作职责 ：

Reporting to the Quality Manager –based in Zhongshan plant, deal with product technical and service quality, focus on quality management, inspection, examination, analysis and identification.

- Organize and coordinate quality problems, provide feedback to the related parties and follow the products improvement.

- Responsible for product quality problems in product line and identify products’ isolation or not.

- Assist to deal with clients’ complain, insure the feedback to clients and frequently dicuss with our clients.

- Implement quality system, carry out the problems in production process on timely, ensure quality not only on products, but also on service to satisfy or exceed client’s demand.

- Assist to carry out quality system and process audit, follow the improvement step.

- Organize the related departments to arrange the PPAP documents in new project.

- Attend the audit in internal quality system. Assist to establish and implement the process analysis and statistics in order to improve the product quality.

- Make and implement product audit system to improve the technology.

- Responsible for IPPM, RPPM and CPPM’s continually decrease; counting and analysis of data in rework and discard as useless.

- Through the improvement activities and encourage creation in products, service, soluation and process, to increae the quality, competitive and clients satisfaction.

从事产品技术质量和服务质量等的研究、管理、监督、检查、检验、分析、鉴定等。 　
（1） 进行进料检验质量管控;建立各个项目牛皮的进料检验标准。组织协调供应商质量问题的管理与反馈给相关方，并且追踪供应商产品的改进。
（2） 跟踪生产线上产品情况，并且判定产品的最终隔离与否。
（3） 协助质量经理处理相关的客户投诉事宜。
（4） 组织协调供应商的质量改进工作，统计分析，产品质量变化情况。及时反馈供应商的质量状态与客户反馈的不良情况,并且参与到供应商的跟踪改进中。
（5） 组织产品审核与过程审核，监督相关的纠正措施与操作标准得到执行，并提交审核报告给质量经理。
（6） 组织相关的部门准备新项目的PPAP等文件提交工作。
（7） 参与质量管理体系的内部审核。

任职要求：

- College degree or above degree and have 5 years working experience at least in auto field

- Know of automobile structure and working principle and auto products technical quality correction

- Know of ISO/TS 16949 quality system and VDA 6.3 process audit; know of the supplier quality management process.

- Can use 5 quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) and 8D.

- Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, work in a team-based environment, and strong analysis and solving problem ability.

（1） 至少3年以上在汽车行业相关质量的工作保证，质量控制经验。
（2） 较强的沟通能力。
（3） 有汽车革行业的工作经验者优先考虑。
（4） 电脑操作熟练，愿意出差。
（5） 英语熟练。
