职位描述：
Responsibilities

1. During the pitching process, the Designer Intern is responsible for creating a variety of designs needed to enhance the sales presentations. The Designer Intern must be able to base his/her work on the creative brief and deliver within often tight deadlines. The quality of these designs will almost always be a key-deciding factor of whether or not the agency wins the project.

2. Once the projects move into production, the Designer Intern should develop the design required such as the communication materials (Key Visuals, invitations, etc.) but also the production items (backdrops, decorations, etc.) These designs should be provided ready-to-use by the agency’s vendors (printers, production-house, etc.) to guarantee smooth execution.


Qualifications & abilities
1. Local Chinese with a bachelor degree in design required.
2. Fluent English required (spoken and written).
3. Strong interest for branding, lifestyle, luxury and new trends is required.
4. Results-driven, drive & working-intensity.
5. Ability to work in team.
6. Responsible, can be held accountable for tasks.
7. Can be tough against adversity.
8. Great with details.
9. Honest.
