Researcher/Associate Consultant – Executive Search
Responsibilities:
-Sourcing candidates from various channels
-On-going industry market search
-Manage cold call to find potential candidates
-Conduct the telephone screening if need.
-Arrange face to face interview for candidate and consultant, and help prepare candidate reports
Requirements:
- Excellent English; Finance related degree is a plus
- Quick learning ability; logical thinking with analytical skills
- 1-2 years research experience in headhunting or professional services industry a good plus; well-qualified fresh graduate will also be considered
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, hardworking
- Passionate, optimistic and persistent personality
