Job Descriptions
1. Answer & transfer phone calls in a quicktime, update the telephone book and related contact list in time;
2. Receive & help visitors to connect with the relative colleagues at reception area;
3. Ensure all the outgoing express mails/parcelsregistration properly, sign for city express, tickets and notices etc., andinform the relevant colleagues for pickup in time;
4. Keep the whole lobby area clean, tidy & safe,record the entire building fixture/furniture/equipment repairing request &inform related Admin.colleague in due course;
5. Book flights or hotel for Co-workers who dispatched business travel;
6. Keep HUB(telephone/printer/cell phone) in good working;
7. Purchase stationary goods if needed;
8. Make good support to HR&Admin Supervisor/Manager. 举报 分享
