职位描述
Job Description
1.Organize, instruct the cost accounting, control expenses, analyze causes of cost deviation and provide data, suggestions and measures to control cost.
2.Organize, instruct and check the financial activities, e.g. Accounts Receivable/Payable and cash flow management.
3.Organize the stocktaking, monitor the physical stock movement and organize the fixed assets counting in 1 time at least in a year.
4. Monitor monthly accounting closing.finance report.tax report and prepare the required reports to Financial Controller. Ensure the bookkeeping and regular financial reports accurate, correct and effective.
5.Utilize ERP system (Navision).
6.Prepare the monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements accurately in time.
7.Responsible for annual audit.tax declaration and inspection.
8.Provide financial and other relevant information to support the business performance, strategy evaluation and process review.
9. Coordinate with local authorities such as the tax authorities, SAFE and external services suppliers such as, auditors, banks and insurance agency.
10.Assist and report to Financial Controller, communicate with managers of other departments.
Profile
1. 6-7 years experience with Accounting in a responsible position
2. A Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting
3. Good command of written and spoken English
4. Full understanding of Tax, Audit, Import / Export duty and VAT accounting
5. Experience in ERP system is essential
6. Strong MS office skill, especially excel
7. PRC accounting working license is necessary
8. Experience in FRS is plus
